Background
Dr. Abhilash Sahadevan is a dual-trained consultant in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, as well as in General Internal Medicine. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2009.
He has developed a dedicated focus on sleep medicine and breathing disorders, providing specialist respiratory and sleep care across Beacon Hospital, Blackrock Clinic, and Naas General Hospital.
Dr. Sahadevan is also skilled in clinical exercise testing and exercise physiology, integrating advanced diagnostics to optimise patient outcomes. He completed a fellowship in interstitial lung disease, has led extensive quality improvement initiatives, and maintains a strong track record in respiratory research, teaching, and innovation.
